well i tried to look up some of the classes and noticed that destruction doesnt seem to have a ranged dps class besides their nukers. the squip herder does seem to have ranged attacks, but to me this is more of a pet class than a real ranged one. order on the other hand does seem to have at least two ranged damage classes that are not mages.

since i dont like to play offensive mages (including pet classes), could anyone here tell me if i missed out on info about ranged damage classes for the three destruction races or are there realy none at the current moment? or should i realy be "forced" to play order just for the sake of being a ranged non-caster class?

The careers will still accomplish the same thing regardless of their aesthetics. Careers on each side "mirror" one on the other in that they accomplish the same things but go about it in a different route. If you would like to play a non-caster, and non-pet ranged career, than yes you will need to play Order.
